Maintenance contracts for commercial sites
Tired of finding problems after they cost you? Put your site on a maintenance contract.
Most production losses are caught late because nobody is watching. An OnForce Solar maintenance contract covers scheduled checkups twice a year, additional visits as required, ongoing monitoring, manufacturer warranty coordination, and priority dispatch when something breaks — for commercial rooftops, carports, and ground mounts.
Commercial systems in New York, New Jersey & Connecticut. Servicing solar since 2008.
You need a contract if…
- Your installer is out of business or no longer services the system
- Nobody watches monitoring or responds to alerts
- You only find out about outages from the utility bill
- The system hasn't been inspected in over a year
- Lenders, insurers, or owners require documented O&M
- You manage multiple sites and need one service partner
What a contract includes
Twice-a-year visual, electrical, and thermal inspection of modules, racking, wiring, inverters, and safety equipment — plus additional visits whenever conditions require them.
We watch your production and alarms and act on problems before they become big losses.
Contract customers get first scheduling for repairs, with agreed response times.
We track your equipment warranties and handle manufacturer claims on inverters and modules end to end — documentation, filing, and replacement installation.
Inspection reports, photos, and production summaries for owners, lenders, and insurers.
How to get started
- 1Tell us about the site: size, location, equipment, and current issues.
- 2We review the system and recommend a scope and visit schedule.
- 3A baseline inspection documents current condition and fixes urgent items.
- 4Monitoring, scheduled visits, and priority repairs begin.
Common questions
Do you take over systems someone else installed?
Yes. Most of our maintenance clients came to us after their installer stopped servicing the system.
How often are site visits?
Twice a year on a set schedule, plus visits as required — after storm damage, equipment faults, or when monitoring flags a problem.
Do you handle manufacturer warranties?
Yes. We track what on your system is still under warranty and manage the claims process with the manufacturer — including inverters and modules — so covered failures cost you a service visit, not a replacement.
Can you cover multiple sites?
Yes — we maintain portfolios across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut under a single agreement.
